Return window
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original, factory-sealed condition to qualify for a full refund.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us (Refrigo LLC, 1200 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75202, support@refrigo.com) with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund all payments including original shipping costs within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return the goods promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return.
Exceptions
Refrigerant cylinders whose factory seal has been removed after delivery cannot be returned for health, safety and hazardous-material reasons.
